Cancellation of order
You have the right to cancel the order before completing the payment.
The cancellation period shall expire after the completing the payment and pickup.

of your decision to cancel the order by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
Returns
You can return the products bought from Up In Smoke only if the products have any manufacturing defect within 3 days from product pickup. Even in that case you shall handle products with due care during this period. You may only unpack and use the ordered products to be able and to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. As a rule of thumb, you may only use and inspect the products as you would in the shop.
The obligations of Up In Smoke will not be applicable in the event that the defect to a product has been fully or partially caused by any incorrect, improper, careless or incompetent use and/or if you have made any modifications to the products. The product has to be returned with original packing and invoice at the store physically by the customer.
Replacement
Products cannot be replaced once pick up from store has been completed. Please refer to Returns policy in case there is any manufacturing defect with the products.
Complaints
You can file a complaint relating to the Website with up In Smoke by filling out the contact form on the contact page of the Website. Up In Smoke will respond to the complaint as soon as feasible.
